Grease and Flour Bundt Pan. Combine cake mix with pudding, sour cream and eggs until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour half of the batter in pan, cover with the topping and cover the remaining of the batter on top. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Swirl Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. cocoa
1/2 cup toffee bits
Cool for 15 minutes and remove cake from pan. Cool for another hour and sprinkle with cocoa and powder sugar.
