Combine cake mix, chocolate pudding, eggs, oil, and water. Combine until moistened and then beat 2 minutes on high speed. Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour into greased and floured Bundt Pan.

Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until center is done.

Cool 15 minutes and remove cake from pan. Cool another hour and sprinkle with powder sugar.
